The locally-caught Catch of the Day remains ever-popular with diners, and those with a sweet tooth can do much worse than devouring any of 53 By The Sea’s delectable desserts, which include island favorites such as Kona Coffee Crème Brûlée, Pineapple Shave Ice and Ube Macademia Nut Cake. Guests can choose to dine à la carte or opt instead for the chef’s five course tasting menu (available with or without wine pairings), and the restaurant’s knowledgable, attentive staff serve only to enhance the dining experience.
